This is an opportunity to help build and scale strategic technology partnerships across SaaS platforms, ERPs, and e-commerce ecosystems.
You will own the partnership journey from prospecting and negotiation through integration, activation, and ongoing growth.
The role combines commercial expertise with enough technical fluency to collaborate effectively around APIs and integration projects.
You will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams to turn partnerships into measurable business results.
A key focus will be developing distribution channels, increasing transactional revenue, and creating recurring value for partners.
You will also contribute to go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, business cases, and strategic market analysis.

Accountabilities
- Map, qualify, and proactively prospect technology platforms with strong potential for integration and digital distribution.
- Lead commercial and technical alignment meetings with key decision-makers, including founders and heads of product, technology, and business.
- Develop documentation, enablement materials, onboarding resources, and other assets to support partner integration and engagement.
- Design and execute joint initiatives with partners, focusing on successful activation, commercial performance, and long-term partnership value.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and compensation models, including CAC, revenue share, commissions, and API monetization, balancing partner interests with scalability.
- Coordinate integration projects with technical teams, acting as the bridge between partners, product, and engineering.
- Build structured onboarding and activation journeys for integration partners.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and activation plans to maximize partner traction and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Performance, Customer Success, and Customer Experience teams to ensure coordinated execution.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze results, identify opportunities, and develop improvement plans focused on revenue, transaction volume, and recurring business.
- Maintain strong relationships with active partners and support the resolution of product, technical, or operational needs.
- Track market benchmarks and trends across technology partnerships, embedded finance, fintech, and open finance.
- Build business cases to evaluate and prioritize strategic integrations based on revenue potential, transaction volume, strategic fit, and portfolio synergies.
- Proven experience developing technology partnerships, B2B channels, or SaaS integrations.
- Knowledge of digital financial products, particularly Embedded Finance or Banking as a Service (BaaS).
- Functional understanding of APIs, including REST and Webhooks, with the ability to communicate effectively with product and engineering stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring partnership agreements involving commissions, revenue share, CAC, and API monetization.
- Experience managing sales pipelines through CRM platforms and developing B2B or B2B2C digital distribution strategies.
- Strong commercial orientation, analytical thinking, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in payments or fintech environments is a strong advantage.
- Previous exposure to e-commerce, ERP, or SaaS platforms is desirable.
- Practical experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and data visualization or BI tools is a plus.
- Experience developing commercial reach strategies and managing multiple channels is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs for market research, lead qualification, and sales workflow automation is desirable.
