This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista Funcional Sênior de Sistema Financeiro (ERP) based in Brazil.
This is a senior opportunity to become a key functional and technical reference in a strategic ERP implementation.
You will work across core finance processes, helping translate business needs into scalable and reliable system solutions.
The role involves critically evaluating configurations, identifying gaps, and ensuring strong alignment between technology and business operations.
You will collaborate closely with implementation partners, finance teams, key users, and other stakeholders throughout the ERP lifecycle.
Your expertise will also be essential in testing, regulatory compliance, data quality, and post-go-live system stability.
The position offers significant autonomy and visibility in an agile, collaborative, and transformation-focused environment.
The role is fully remote within Brazil, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule under a CLT contract.

- Serve as the technical focal point after go-live, supporting system stabilization, data remediation, operational continuity, and reduced reliance on external support.
- Independently document processes, system configurations, and best practices while training internal teams on ERP routines and capabilities.
- Support the prioritization of continuous improvements while maintaining appropriate governance, internal controls, SOX, and segregation-of-duties principles.
- Solid professional experience as an ERP functional consultant or functional analyst, particularly with GL, AP, and AR modules, with experience in FA and CE considered highly valuable.

- Advanced knowledge of corporate accounting and finance processes, including financial closing, reconciliations, cash flow, and treasury operations.
- Strong familiarity with Brazilian tax legislation and Brazil localization requirements, including ancillary obligations and fiscal integrations.
- Experience working with financial systems and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical functional solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the autonomy to challenge proposed solutions when necessary.
- Experience working directly on the client/business side of an ERP implementation is a strong advantage.
