This is a strategic yet hands-on marketing leadership role focused on sharpening the organization’s market story and accelerating growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape messaging and translate complex technology and services into clear, compelling narratives.
You will create content, sales enablement materials, campaigns, and customer-facing collateral that help convert opportunities and strengthen differentiation.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, giving you ownership from positioning and ideation through delivery and optimization.
You will collaborate closely with leadership and Sales to respond quickly to strategic opportunities and equip teams with effective marketing resources.
Market intelligence, competitive analysis, performance data, and customer feedback will guide your decisions and help continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Accountabilities:
- Shape and execute marketing priorities that directly support business objectives, growth plans, and go-to-market priorities.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value across multiple ideal customer profiles, industries, and audiences.
- Build high-quality sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, playbooks, and other customer-facing collateral that help Sales advance opportunities.
- Create, edit, and refine compelling content and copy across digital channels, events, thought leadership, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Translate complex technology and tech-enabled service concepts into simple, memorable, audience-specific stories that communicate business value effectively.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and Sales to align marketing priorities and rapidly develop materials for strategic accounts and opportunities.
- Conduct competitor, market, and industry analysis to sharpen positioning, identify opportunities, and inform marketing strategy.
- Measure marketing performance, analyze results, incorporate market feedback, and continuously iterate on programs and messaging.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, personally producing high-impact marketing assets when needed.
- Bring 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a demonstrated ability to turn strategic priorities into high-quality execution and measurable business outcomes.
- Possess exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex ideas accessible and compelling for different audiences.
- Have strong experience developing B2B content and sales enablement materials such as sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, playbooks, thought leadership, and other customer-facing assets.
- Demonstrate experience positioning technology, SaaS, or tech-enabled services and communicating differentiated value across multiple customer segments.
- Understand modern sales enablement, competitive intelligence, ROI-driven go-to-market planning, and performance-oriented marketing.
- Be highly proficient with HubSpot and comfortable using marketing analytics and SEO platforms to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
- Combine creative marketing instincts with analytical rigor, strong business judgment, and a practical, hands-on approach to execution.
- Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in HR technology, SaaS, or global mobility is a plus.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States, as the position is remote but limited to candidates working within the U.S.
- Salary: $150,000-$170,000 per year, plus bonus.
