This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist/Manager based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead internal communications within a fast-paced, global technology intelligence organization.
You will manage established employee communications programs, ensuring employees receive clear, timely, and engaging information.
From company-wide Town Halls and webinars to newsletters, email campaigns, and intranet content, you will own communications from planning through execution.
You will also provide communications support for product launches and broader business transformation initiatives.
The role requires strong editorial judgment, excellent project management, and the ability to work independently across multiple priorities.
A structured onboarding period will allow you to learn existing programs, tools, stakeholders, and communication rhythms before taking full ownership.
This is a high-impact contract opportunity for an experienced communications professional who can ensure continuity while bringing fresh perspective and sound judgment.
Accountabilities
- Plan and execute internal webinars and company-wide Town Halls, including scheduling, production, content coordination, speaker preparation, logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Own the production and distribution of employee newsletters, from content curation and editing through final delivery.
- Draft, edit, and distribute employee communications covering company news, policy updates, organizational announcements, and functional initiatives.
- Manage and maintain core intranet content, publish updates, keep pages current, and coordinate with owners of function-specific pages.
- Provide communications guidance to functional teams, recommending effective strategies and tactics to support business and initiative goals.
- Maintain corporate communications project trackers, reporting processes, editorial calendars, and related documentation.
- Provide communications support for product launches, transformation initiatives, and sales or customer-facing programs when needed.
- Work alongside the outgoing communications professional during onboarding to understand established programs, tools, stakeholder relationships, and operating cadence.
- Maintain consistency in tone, format, messaging, and delivery across existing communications programs throughout the contract.
- Document processes, workflows, and handoff materials to ensure a smooth transition at the end of the assignment.
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate, internal, employee, or related communications.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging and tone for employee, sales, and customer audiences.
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing virtual internal events, including Town Halls and webinars using Microsoft Teams.
- Strong reporting and communications analytics capabilities, with the ability to assess and communicate program performance.
- Experience working with intranet platforms, email distribution systems, newsletter tools, and related communications technologies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines independently.
- Ability to quickly understand established processes, build stakeholder relationships, and take ownership of communications programs with minimal ramp-up time.
- Excellent judgment, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with stakeholders across different functions and regions.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving global environment where priorities can shift and multiple initiatives may run simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain continuity while identifying opportunities to improve communications processes, content, and execution.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required.

- Contract opportunity: 4-5 month assignment providing parental-leave coverage, with direct onboarding alongside the employee being covered.
