Jobgether

Jobgether is an AI-powered job platform focused on remote and flexible work. It matches candidates with relevant roles using skills and preference-based algorithms, and also offers career coaching and job-search guidance.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Email Automation & QA Specialist based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, content production, automation, and quality assurance.

You’ll help build and maintain scalable email production systems supporting a growing portfolio of partner brands.

Working primarily in Braze, you’ll turn approved designs and copy into accurate, reusable, dynamic email experiences.

You’ll also develop AI-assisted workflows that make production faster, more consistent, and easier to scale.

A major focus will be creating an AI-first QA layer that catches issues before human review and strengthens the overall quality process.

You’ll collaborate closely with design, marketing, lifecycle, and operations teams in a highly cross-functional environment.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of systems and processes that directly improve the reliability and quality of customer communications.

Accountabilities:

  • Assemble email templates in Braze using approved designs, copy, reusable components, content blocks, catalogs, Liquid, localization, and tracking requirements, ensuring the final experience accurately reflects the intended design.
  • Build, maintain, and organize reusable content blocks and catalog entries while managing accuracy, localization, versioning, and partner-specific requirements.
  • Develop and continuously improve AI-assisted workflows that translate Figma designs and approved copy into reusable content structures and dynamic templates.
  • Design and maintain an AI-powered QA checklist covering areas such as links, UTM parameters, Liquid variables, localization, compliance requirements, dark mode considerations, and dynamic content.
  • Own end-to-end human QA for email campaigns, including proofreading, link validation, inbox and rendering checks, dark mode testing, and verification of personalized or dynamic content.
  • Create and maintain QA logs, reports, documentation, issue tracking, and version control so the quality process remains measurable, repeatable, and scalable.
  • Support campaign and canvas builds in Braze by preparing validated content catalogs and templates, managing dynamic content logic, and ensuring launches are accurate and timely.
  • Maintain existing campaigns as partner programs evolve, including offer changes, compliance updates, copy revisions, and other production requirements, using automation wherever appropriate.
  • Generate, manage, and validate campaign links and tracking parameters, including UTM structures and deep links through platforms such as Branch or similar solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and safely update HTML, CSS, and Liquid within established email templates while applying email-client compatibility and rendering best practices.
  • Identify recurring production or quality issues, escalate complex technical challenges when necessary, and recommend systemic improvements that prevent repeat problems.
  • Collaborate with design technology, content, design, lifecycle, and marketing operations teams to strengthen production workflows and maintain a consistent quality standard.
  • Requirements

    • Strong systems thinking and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify edge cases and consistently deliver accurate, error-free work.
    • Practical experience building or operating automation in a production environment, including AI-assisted workflows, scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or other process automation solutions.
    • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, with enough technical proficiency to troubleshoot, modify, and confidently QA existing templates.
    • Experience with Liquid templating or a comparable dynamic content and personalization system.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows, from inputs and assembly through validation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
    • Demonstrated operational rigor around documentation, naming conventions, change control, versioning, maintenance, and repeatable processes.
    • Clear and proactive communication skills, combined with strong ownership and the ability to manage deliverables independently.
    • Experience with Braze or a comparable lifecycle marketing platform is preferred.
    • Familiarity with content catalogs, reusable components, dynamic template logic, UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and link management is preferred.
    • Experience with mobile deep-linking platforms such as Branch, inbox testing tools, email-client rendering QA, or component-based design systems is a plus.
    • Benefits

      • Remote opportunity available to candidates based in the United States.
      • Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, marketing technology, automation, and creative production.
      • Ownership of scalable systems and quality processes supporting multiple partner brands and customer communications.
      • Cross-functional collaboration with design technology, content, marketing, lifecycle, and operations teams.
      • Opportunity to build and improve AI-powered production and QA workflows in a growing environment.
      • Hands-on exposure to Braze, dynamic content systems, email technology, tracking, and marketing automation.
      • Opportunity to influence production standards, tooling, documentation, and operational processes as the organization scales.
      • A role with meaningful ownership over automation, execution quality, and the reliability of customer-facing communications.
