Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in United States.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of mission-critical software products supporting public safety and emergency communications. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, customers, security, and compliance, translating operational needs into reliable product outcomes. The role combines Agile delivery, customer implementation, product analytics, and strategic roadmap management. You will use real-world user feedback and measurable performance indicators to guide product decisions and improve outcomes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and ensure releases remain predictable and aligned with customer needs. This is an opportunity to influence technology that plays an important role in public safety while working in a highly collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities

    • Own and prioritize the product backlog, lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and help maintain predictable delivery velocity across product and engineering teams.
    • Build and manage release plans, project timelines, and cross-functional dependencies while identifying risks early and developing clear mitigation strategies.
    • Lead customer implementations, pilots, training initiatives, and phased production rollouts, incorporating feedback from real-world users into ongoing product improvements.
    • Establish and monitor product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as call-handling time and Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption, and use measurable outcomes to inform roadmap and delivery decisions.
    • Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure products remain aligned with applicable compliance and security requirements, including Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2).
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to provide product expertise, develop enablement materials, and ensure internal teams are prepared for new releases.
    • Maintain strong communication across engineering, security, infrastructure, customer-facing, and business teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Foster a high-performance team culture through proactive communication, effective processes, continuous improvement, and recognition of team achievements.
    • Translate customer, operational, and business requirements into clear product priorities and high-quality software outcomes.
    • Support continuous product improvement by balancing user needs, technical considerations, compliance requirements, and business priorities.
    • Requirements

      • 5-10 years of experience in Product Management or closely related product leadership roles.
      • Demonstrated experience owning complex, customer-facing software products from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
      • Deep hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams and serving as a Product Manager in a delivery-focused environment.
      • Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and maintain predictable delivery velocity.
      • Strong experience creating and managing release plans, project timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks across multiple teams.
      • Track record of leading customer implementations, pilots, or phased production rollouts and incorporating customer feedback into product decisions.
      • Advanced ability to define, monitor, and interpret KPIs and use data to influence product strategy, prioritization, and delivery decisions.
      • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, or similar frameworks.
      • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Sales, Support, and other teams.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
      • Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and risk-management capabilities.
      • Must be based in the United States.
      • Must successfully pass an FBI fingerprint and background check in multiple states.
      • Benefits

        • Base compensation range of $120,000-$150,000 USD.
        • Bonus eligibility.
        • Comprehensive benefits package.
        • Flexible Time Off.
        • Remote-friendly work environment for U.S.-based employees.
        • Opportunity to contribute to technology supporting public safety and emergency communications.
        • Collaborative environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and meaningful impact.
