Salesforce - (Salesforce CRM Developer & Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce - (Salesforce CRM Developer & Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer) based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to work on enterprise-scale CRM and customer data initiatives across international projects. Depending on your specialization, you will either build custom Salesforce applications and AI-enabled experiences or engineer Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for large-scale data harmonization and identity resolution. The role combines hands-on development, scalable architecture, automation, integrations, and modern AI or customer data capabilities. You will collaborate with engineering, business, and data teams to turn complex requirements into reliable, high-performing solutions. The environment offers exposure to technologies such as Apex, LWC, Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, SQL, APIs, and event-driven architectures. This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while working with distributed, multicultural teams.

Accountabilities:

• Salesforce CRM Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, platform configuration, and reusable application components.
• Backend Automation: Build Apex triggers, batch and asynchronous processes, reusable services, and custom business logic while maintaining platform performance and adhering to Salesforce governor limits.
• AI and Agentic Capabilities: Implement and support Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task-management experiences within the Salesforce platform.
• API and Event-Driven Integrations: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Security and Performance: Optimize queries and application performance, apply Salesforce security and sharing models, participate in code reviews, and ensure solutions follow secure development and governance practices.
• Production Support and DevOps: Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, contribute to release planning and deployment processes, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Implementation: Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to support enterprise customer engagement, data activation, and unified customer experiences.
• Data Modeling and Harmonization: Design unified profile schemas, support identity resolution, and harmonize disparate, high-volume datasets within the Data Cloud ecosystem.
• Data Transformation and Querying: Apply advanced SQL and relational data modeling techniques to transform, process, and query enterprise-scale datasets for business activation.
• Solution Architecture: Translate complex business activation requirements into scalable technical solutions across Salesforce Data Cloud and related data ecosystems.
• Cloud Data Integration: Collaborate with external cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and BigQuery while supporting event-driven architectures and enterprise data integration patterns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data professionals, and distributed international teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Salesforce CRM Developer path: 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM development experience, particularly with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce CRM Developer path: Advanced expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, and asynchronous Apex, including Batch, Queueable, and Future methods.
• Salesforce CRM Developer path: Practical familiarity with Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Salesforce CRM Developer path: Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, Field-Level Security, sharing models, and Governor Limits.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer path: 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience, including Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer path: At least 2 years of direct implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, formerly known as Genie or Customer Data Platform.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer path: Deep knowledge of CDP concepts, identity resolution, unified profile schemas, data harmonization, segmentation, and activation patterns.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer path: Strong SQL, relational data modeling, and data transformation skills for high-volume, enterprise-scale datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, problem-solving, and attention to technical quality.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional English proficiency, as interviews, documentation, meetings, and daily communication are conducted in English.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and collaborate with distributed teams across different locations and time zones.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is a plus.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or related Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with Copado, Salesforce DevOps Center, Git, CI/CD pipelines, or other release-management practices is desirable.
• Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, middleware, and enterprise integration architectures is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, BigQuery, or other enterprise data and engagement platforms is advantageous.
• Experience working in complex, large-scale, multi-org Salesforce environments is a plus.
