Senior Executive, Capital Markets

What this job involves:
- Evaluate and work on potential investment opportunities with the Internal Capital markets team
- Assist transaction advisors in meetings, site visits, document preparation, data sourcing and collation
- Ability to co-ordinate and manage due diligence exercises
- Primary and secondary research on Real estate investment related advisory
- Direct communication and frequent interaction with internal Capital markets team, Real estate developers, Investors (HNIs, Institutions, Banks, NBFCs, etc.), Lawyers, Consultants, etc.
- Coordination with real estate developers and financial institutions on documentation and due diligence towards ensuring smooth transaction closure
- Financial modelling, PowerPoint presentations, and various internal memorandums / reporting

- Have good financial aptitude and Business acumen
- Understanding of Debt evaluation, products and structures
- Financial modelling and assessment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint / Word
- Logical thinker and strong analytical skills
- 2-4 years of experience of Real estate Capital markets / Real estate Investment advisory / Real estate valuations / Real estate transaction advisory / Business analytics in a Big4 accounting firm
- Graduation degree should ideally be in Finance, Business studies, Economics, Real Estate or Engineering.
- CA/MBA would be an advantage.
- Experience in real estate capital markets (working in capital markets team of IPCs or in Asset management team of Funds / NBFCs would be an advantage
- Familiarity with structuring of transactions with focus on cost efficiency, legal, tax, and compliance issues and due diligence / documentation of transactions would be an advantage
- Native English and Hindi speaking, reading, and writing
