The Job
- Lead and motivate a team of Field Collectors, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching and development, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies tailored tailored to General Santos City market.
- Oversee the daily activities of your team, monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help your team members excel.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze and report on team performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to collections.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Training, Operations) to ensure a seamless collection process.
- Represent Billease professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Willing to do field work: GENERAL SANTOS
- 3-5 years of experience in collections supervisor or leadership role
- Proven track record of success in achieving collections targets
- Strong understanding of the collections industry and relevant regulations in the Philippines
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results
