Manage and direct all Accounting operations of Kamereo, with COST MANAGEMENT, AR/AP CYCLE MANAGEMENT, and OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY as the core priorities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, full compliance with Vietnamese laws, and continuous improvement of accounting processes to support the company's growth.

• Review General Ledgers monthly and per period; check Financial Statements and accompanying notes - ensuring accuracy and timely closing.
• Review monthly/quarterly tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT); ensure timely filings and payments to authorities.
• Lead annual audits and year-end tax finalization; work with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure accuracy of financial reporting, and prevent fraud risks.
• Ensure the accounting department operates in full compliance with Vietnamese law (VAS, tax law) and the Company's internal regulations.
• Analyze, control, and optimize OPEX and CAPEX across the company; identify unreasonable expenses and propose cost-saving measures.
• Manage the AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP (Accounts Payable) cycles; track and optimize key metrics: DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), DPO (Days Payable Outstanding).
• Coordinate with Sales, Debt Collection, and Supply Chain teams to improve the efficiency of collections and payments.
• Plan budgets for all business units, profit centers, and cost centers; monitor execution and analyze variances.
• Continuously improve (Kaizen) Accounting processes: sales collection, payments, data management, reporting - aiming for faster, more accurate, error-free operations.
• Manage, develop, and automate the ERP / accounting software systems; leverage technology to reduce manual tasks, boost productivity, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting data.
• Deliver monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders: define report structure, manage regular outputs, conduct analysis.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Accounting team; set goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Participate in other relevant projects assigned by the CEO.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree or above (Accounting, Auditing, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 2 years as Accounting Manager or Chief Accountant.
• REQUIRED: Proven track record in monthly/annual closing, tax management, audit, and accounting process improvement.
• Professional certifications (Chief Accountant Certificate, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are a major advantage.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments preferred; F&B, retail, supply chain, or tech industries is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Vietnamese tax laws; knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
• Kaizen mindset - continuous improvement in every aspect of the work.
• Proactive problem identification and systematic problem-solving - able to spot financial risks before they escalate into crises.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to explain complex accounting matters to non-accounting audiences (CEO, other department heads).
• Stakeholder management skills - able to work effectively with auditors, tax authorities, banks, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Business-level English; fluent in Vietnamese.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; proficient in accounting software (MISA, Fast, Bravo, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with and willingness to apply AI tools to Accounting work (data analysis, report automation, invoice processing) is a plus.
• Integrity, prudence, accuracy; hardworking, persistent, trustworthy.
