GTM Consultant

At Kapture CX, we are looking for a GTM Consultant to join our Strategy & Growth team.

What is this role all about?

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, build compelling solution narratives and support enterprise opportunities across international markets.

You will help translate market insights and product capabilities into actionable GTM plans and measurable business outcomes.

Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:

• You will develop and refine go-to-market strategies, identify target segments and evaluate growth opportunities across India and international markets.
• You will conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to support strategic and commercial decisions.
• You will engage with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, to understand business challenges and position Kapture’s solutions effectively.
• You will partner with sales and product teams to translate product capabilities into compelling use cases, value propositions, and customer presentations.
• You will support enterprise sales cycles, customer conversations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and early-stage deal progression.
• You will bring structure to ambiguous business problems and drive initiatives in collaboration with leadership, sales, and product teams.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You help strengthen Kapture’s GTM strategy, identify new growth opportunities, enable enterprise sales conversations and translate strategic initiatives into tangible business outcomes across target markets.

Here are the basic requirements:

• You have 2 - 4 years of experience in consulting / GTM strategy / business growth / partnerships/ enterprise SaaS
• You have strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and managing CXO-level conversations.
• You bring a structured, analytical approach to solving business problems and executing initiatives.
• You can understand complex products and translate them into clear business value.
• You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high ownership and ambiguity.

• Have experience in market entry, GTM consulting, strategic partnerships or account growth.
• Have supported enterprise sales cycles, solutioning, POCs, or customer-facing engagements.
