What are we looking for?

At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Management Trainee (MT) to support the team across operational programmes, reporting, adoption initiatives, documentation and cross-functional coordination.

This internship will provide exposure to how a SaaS and AI-powered CX organisation operates, while giving you hands-on experience in data handling, programme management, process improvement, AI tools and operational execution.

What you'll work on

• Support ongoing CX Operations and Strategy initiatives, including adoption programmes, new initiatives and process improvement activities.
• Maintain trackers for team engagement, programme participation, adoption and operational activities, and help prepare regular updates.
• Support feature rollouts and adoption initiatives by coordinating with relevant teams, tracking progress and monitoring metrics such as WAU.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, Excel trackers and structured summaries based on project requirements.
• Help create internal communications, programme decks, stakeholder updates and client-facing guides.
• Support documentation of processes, programmes and operational activities.
• Assist with coordinating across CX, Product, Technology and other teams on programme milestones, rollout activities and follow-ups.
• Support the team in identifying operational gaps, recurring issues and opportunities to streamline processes.
• Assist with basic analysis of operational data to identify trends and prepare meaningful summaries.
• Gain hands-on exposure to AI tools and prompt engineering and support their use in relevant operational and documentation tasks.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and structured content.
• Structured thinking and an ability to break down tasks and problems logically.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and trackers.
• Good attention to detail, particularly with numbers, names and information.
• Proactive approach to following up on assigned tasks and closing loops.
• Willingness to learn and work across different CX Operations and Strategy initiatives.
• Exposure to AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Basic API and SQL skills for data extraction and integration analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking to evaluate operational metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Good to have

• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Basic Excel skills and experience working with trackers or reports.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS, Customer Experience or client-facing environments.
• Interest in operations, programme management, analytics or process improvement.
• Basic coding or automation knowledge.
