At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Management Trainee - AI Delivery in our Implementation team.

What is this role all about?

This is an entry-level role for fresh graduates who want to begin their careers in a client-facing and technology-driven environment. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions on Kapture’s platform.

• You will work with product, technology and support teams to understand client requirements and business objectives
• You will assist in preparing and maintaining documentation such as BRDs, PRDs and user stories
• You will support project execution activities under guidance, following Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• You will participate in client meetings, demos and training sessions
• You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery

This is aBangalore-based role.

We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
