Key ResponsibilitiesRotate across key departments to gain a 360° view of how the business works.Participate in international projects to gain first-hand experience across our global operations.Solve real manufacturing and business challenges through direct project work.Work directly in the factory, including shift work, to understand operations from the ground up.Collaborate with senior leadership on designated work projects.Drive improvement and innovation across the organization.Contribute to key projects in industrial drones (e.g. kiln refractory thermal inspection, solar panel hot spot inspection, mining geology and operation maps), industrial robots and automation (e.g. autonomous intra-plant delivery robots, AI vision autoloading), and AI and agentic programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Science, Robotics and Automation, or Digital IT).
0–2 years of work experience.
Strong technical foundation and good English proficiency.
Passion for technology and innovation, leadership potential, and strong analytical skills.
Adaptable, a strong communicator, and open to change.
Willing to relocate and travel, both within Thailand and internationally.
Basic knowledge of mechatronics, control & instrumentation, automation, or related fields.
Basic Python, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Python developers; proficiency in multiple programming languages is preferred.
Understanding of how Robot Operating System (ROS) works, and the benefits of using existing development frameworks and customizing them to fit project needs.
Understanding of the industrial drone and robotic products available in the market.
Willingness to join training and obtain certification from recognized robot manufacturers.
