Position: Automation Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking an Automation Intern with a background in AI/ML or Computer Science to support our marketing team in building smart automation workflows. The role involves creating processes on platforms like n8n, Make, and Zapier, integrating APIs, and applying prompt engineering for AI-driven marketing activities such as SEO automation, LinkedIn posting, and campaign management. You will also write and debug scripts in Python/Java, and develop AI agents to enhance efficiency. This internship offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge MarTech automation and an opportunity to directly impact marketing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and optimize workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Make, and Zapier.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze repetitive tasks and translate them into automated workflows.

- Work with APIs and third-party integrations to connect platforms like CRM, CMS, analytics, and marketing tools.

- Apply prompt engineering to improve AI-driven automations for SEO content, LinkedIn posts, and email campaigns.

- Write and debug Python/Java scripts to extend automation logic.

- Contribute to the development of AI agents for tasks such as campaign personalization, outreach, and customer response systems.

- Document automation flows, logic, and standard operating procedures for future scalability.

Qualifications Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.

- Hands-on experience with at least one workflow automation platform (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).

- Strong logical and analytical ability to break tasks into process flows.

- Working knowledge of Python or Java.

- Understanding of API integrations and data exchange between platforms.

Familiarity with:

- Prior experience developing AI agents or automation bots.

- Exposure to Docker, Supabase, or cloud platforms.

- Understanding of SEO automation and digital marketing workflows.

- Knowledge of Generative AI tools (LLMs, ElevenLabs, Bland.ai, etc.).
