Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

• Good knowledge of Windows and basic familiarity with macOS.

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN and Wi-Fi.

• Familiarity withITSM/ticketing systems and basic IT security/IAM principles.

• Practical experience using AI tools to improve IT tasks and troubleshooting.

• Good problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.

• Auser-oriented approach, discretion and the ability to stay calm in urgent situations.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to work on-site in Warsaw initially, with a hybrid model opportunity afterward.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, Ubiquiti UniF i or Google Workspace administration.

• Understanding of ITIL principles.

Requirements

• Provide on-site and remote IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and access issues.

• Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory and Entra ID.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, access and onboarding/offboarding.

• Install, configure and maintain Windows and macOS devices and IT equipment.

• Handle IT requests and incidents through theITSM/ticketing system.

• Support meeting rooms, endpoint management and IT security.

• Maintain IT documentation and asset records while improving and automating IT processes.
