Brand Marketing Executive

As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be part of the Brand Marketing team and will be responsible for managing Kredivo’s brand visibility across our merchant network, starting from the merchant onboarding phase. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and merchants to ensure smooth planning and execution of offline branding projects that support merchant growth.

This is a high-volume execution role. You will manage multiple ongoing and repeatable merchant branding requests simultaneously, many of which will be managed through Jira. The role requires strong discipline in ticket management, follow-up, documentation, and timely closure. A significant part of the job involves handling repetitive operational requests across multiple merchants, cities, vendors, and stakeholders. You should be comfortable managing a large number of tickets at the same time while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Job :

• Develop, manage, and execute brand visibility plans across merchant stores to support brand exposure and business growth.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent and repeatable merchant branding requests, ensuring each request is properly tracked, prioritized, executed, and closed within the agreed timeline.
• Manage merchant branding requests through Jira, from ticket intake and requirement clarification through execution, documentation, and closure.
• Lead end-to-end merchant branding execution, including coordination with vendors and merchants for signage production, installation, and maintenance across multiple cities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of branded outlets, including installation photos, outlet/location databases, completion reports, and other required records.
• Track branding progress and ensure all installations follow Kredivo’s brand guidelines SLA, and quality standards.
• Work closely with Business Development and Creative teams to ensure branding requirements are clear, feasible, and properly executed.
• Coordinate with vendors to produce and deliver marketing collateral and on-ground branding materials.
• Manage marketing expenses within agreed budgets and negotiate with business partners and vendors to maximize efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About You :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Operations, Customer Service or Event Activation role.
• Experience handling merchant branding, retail visibility, or multi-location branding projects is a strong

  plus.

• Experience in planning, distributing, executing, and controlling marketing collateral
• Proven experience handling multiple concurrent and repeatable requests or projects in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar ticket/project management tools is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable managing a large number of tickets simultaneously, from request intake to execution and closure.
• Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to coordinate and chase multiple stakeholders, vendors, and merchants without losing track of deadlines.
• Strong project management, coordination, and quality control skills.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• High initiative, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• A good understanding of the fintech or consumer brand landscape is highly preferred.
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Bahasa.
