Lead Product Manager - Kredifazz

Kredifazz's Product team plays a key role in shaping how our lending products serve customers, from idea to launch to scale. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers, own the end-to-end product vision, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, and Business stakeholders to build high-impact solutions.

About the job:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with overall business goals.
• Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders (Business, Risk, Operations, Finance, Engineering) to align the product roadmap with business needs.
• Set product development standards and best practices as guidance for the team.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers in delivering multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Drive end-to-end product development; from idea initiation, writing high-quality product requirements backed by data analysis and technical flows, product grooming, to overseeing development, testing, and defining key success metrics.
• Monitor product performance, make data-informed decisions, and take necessary adjustments based on results.
• Integrate user research, data analysis (what-if scenarios, pros/cons evaluation), and stakeholder feedback into product decisions.
• Scope and prioritize the team's initiatives based on business and customer impact.

About you:

• At least >6 years of experience in product development, including experience leading or mentoring other Product Managers.
• Technical background with strong analytical skills; comfortable brainstorming directly with Engineers.
• Extremely strong communication skills to align stakeholders across divisions.
• Strong command of product management fundamentals, practices, and processes.
• Good leadership skills; able to manage, coach, direct, and motivate a team.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of following through on execution.
• High business acumen and a strategic mindset.
• Technical skill in Query (SQL).
