Job Description

Talent Acquisition area is responsible for managing the talent acquisition selection process for new staff at a professional level. May be responsible for one level of staff or for lateral talent acquisition for a specific business unit, depending on area of specialisation. Involved in the development and implementation of the talent management framework, and strategies to support the organization. May collaborate with business leaders and human resources on succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, and selection.
