The Role

We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to coordinate and govern releases across the Enterprise Integration Platform. The role ensures that platform changes are planned, validated, communicated, and deployed in a controlled manner while minimizing operational risk and maintaining service continuity across enterprise integration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end release planning across Enterprise Integration platforms

• Manage the integrated release calendar and deployment schedule

• Ensure release readiness across platform, infrastructure, and application teams

• Coordinate production deployments and operational handovers

• Validate deployment prerequisites, rollback plans, and post-release verification activities

• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities related to platform releases

• Ensure release communications across all stakeholders

• Monitor release execution and support post-deployment stabilization

• Identify release risks and coordinate mitigation actions

• Drive continuous improvement of release management processes and deployment governance

Technology Scope

Enterprise Integration platforms including MuleSoft, SAP Integration Suite, Solace, IBM MQ, IBM DataPower, OpenText, GoAnywhere, together with CI/CD platforms, ITSM tooling, and observability solutions.

Profile

Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to orchestrate complex releases involving multiple platforms and stakeholders. Able to balance operational stability with delivery speed while ensuring controlled, predictable, and high-quality production deployments.

Required skills and experience

• 10+ years of experience in Release Management, Platform Operations, Enterprise Integration, or IT Infrastructure Support within complex enterprise environments.

• Proven experience managing and coordinating enterprise-wide releases, change processes, and deployments across multiple technologies, systems, applications, and integration platforms.

• Strong understanding of Change Management, Release Management, service preparation, operational support, and ITIL-based processes.

• Experience working in multi-vendor and outsourced environments, collaborating with cross-functional technical, delivery, and business teams to ensure successful service delivery.

• Ability to monitor and analyze system/service performance, manage operational risks, support compliance requirements, and drive contingency planning activities.

• Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and coordination skills, with experience tracking service status, release activities, risks, and operational outcomes to support business objectives.

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience with Enterprise Release Management, Change Management (ITIL), and Enterprise Integration Platforms, supporting large-scale enterprise applications and services.

• Knowledge of CI/CD deployment processes, deployment planning, risk assessment, and release governance to enable efficient and reliable production implementations.

• Understanding of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, with exposure to infrastructure modernization, automation, and service transition initiatives.

• Familiarity with service-level reporting, operational metrics, compliance requirements, and industry/regulatory standards in enterprise environments.

• Broad technical exposure across multiple infrastructure technologies, including public and private network services (VPN), combined with strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
