Receptionist cum Admin Assistant - MOE Primary School (JOB REF - ISITNE-2026-10-001)

Lambda Computing Solutions (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily front desk and administrative operations of an MOE Primary School near Sengkang MRT. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-Principal, Administrative Managers, Administrative Executive and School Leaders to ensure efficient school operations and provide excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors.

• Assist in nurturing the e-Learning/ePedagogy culture in the school. 

• Create e-learning content e.g. resources for home-based learning 

• Design and create digital / interactive resources for teachers e.g. videos 

• • Conduct ICT-based customised training workshops for staff and students. 

• Provide software and technical assistance to both staff and students. 

• Compile student showcase projects. 

• Guide and coach students through ICT competitions. 

• Provide assistance in development and research of IT solutions. 

• Work closely with the HOD ICT to spearhead IT initiatives. 

Courses to be Conducted by ICT Educator for classes or small groups of students 

• Touch Typing 

• Cyber Wellness topics 

• E-Learning Portal 

• Utilising Multimedia facilities (Scanner, Digital Camera) 

• Basic photo editing (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) 

• Presentation graphics for MS Word and MS PowerPoint and  

• Microsoft Word (basic and advance) 

• Microsoft Excel (basic and advance) 

• Microsoft PowerPoint (basic and advance) 

• Basic video production  

• Coding in Scratch Junior, Scratch 3.0, Delightex and Microbit 

• Design Thinking Skills 

• Financial Literacy Any other courses as required by school.

• Relevant certification in ICT eg. Computing, Engineering, Infocommunication. 

• Knowledgeable and proficient in systems such as website programming and Google docs.

•  Proficient in Scratch Junior, Scratch 3.0, Delightex and Microbit 

• Good knowledge in ICT tools (for self-directed and collaborative learning) appropriate for learning and teaching. 

• Experience managing children under the age of 12. 

• Some experience working in a primary school would be an advantage. 

• Good planning and analytical skills. 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to conduct briefing / training to students or in-house staff for related implementation. 

• Good classroom management skills. 

• Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team. 

• Trainer preferably registered with MOE  

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027

Working Hours:
• Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break 

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
