HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Generalist who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations and take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong HR fundamentals, good decision-making abilities and the confidence to handle employee matters independently while working closely with senior management.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, employee records and exit formalities.
• Handle attendance, leave management, employee queries and payroll coordination.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Support performance management, appraisals and employee development.
• Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI and gratuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and support management in people-related decisions.

• 4+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in IT / Software Services.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and statutory compliance.
• Strong ownership, accountability and independent decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Frappe or similar tools is preferred.
