Digital Analyst

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Digital Analyst with 5 + years of experience in digital analytics and customer insights. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Google Analytics, dashboard development, experimentation, and automation. This role requires translating complex data into actionable business recommendations, driving continuous optimization, and improving the efficiency and scalability of analytics and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze website, app, and digital marketing performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and performance reports, providing actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze customer behavior, evaluate digital performance, and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Design and execute A/B experiments in collaboration with marketing and product teams, including hypothesis development, measurement, and results analysis.
• Drive automation of recurring reports, dashboards, and analytics workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover insights and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, CRM, and business teams to identify growth opportunities and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Support the implementation, validation, and governance of digital tracking requirements and analytics tags.
• Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve analytics methodologies, reporting processes, and adoption of emerging tools and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), including event tracking, conversion analysis, and customer journey insights.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including hypothesis formulation, test measurement, and performance evaluation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys, and website/app performance measurement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage analytics projects, prioritize competing requirements, and deliver actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Experience automating reporting workflows using SQL, scripting, or BI platform capabilities.
• Exposure to experimentation platforms and statistical methods for evaluating A/B test results.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt new analytics technologies and drive continuous improvements in analytics processes.
