Join Lillio, a company dedicated to elevating early childhood programs through high-quality software. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will lead efforts to scale and improve our infrastructure, developer experience, and observability. You will drive technical decisions, ensure system reliability and performance, and mentor your peers. This role requires a collaborative mindset, a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience, and proficiency in Terraform, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and React.

Missions

  • Lead technical decisions regarding infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and platform architecture to ensure long-term scalability.
  • Drive system reliability and performance, and lead the charge on operational excellence.
  • Mentor and support peers, including through compassionate code review, and contribute to the development of internal team tooling.

Profil recherché

- Knowledgeable about industry best practices and emerging trends

- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- Ambition to work hard in order to make an impact

- Evidence of independence and self-starter attitude

- Proficiency with Terrarform, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, React

- Demonstrated technical or project leadership experience

- 5+ years of software engineering/devops experience at scale

- Hands-on experience with observability and reliability tools like Datadog, New Relic, Papertrail, Sentry or Prometheus to monitor system health

- Experience with AWS, RDS (Postgres), Heroku, Redis
