Our client is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a team responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise applications and services. Must Have
Strong commercial experience with Python development.
Experience developing backend services using Java and/or .NET.
Solid knowledge of REST API design and implementation.
Strong SQL and database development skills.
Hands-on experience with Ansible automation.
Experience with OpenTelemetry or application observability solutions.
Experience deploying and managing applications on IIS.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or similar monitoring platforms.
Knowledge of cloud environments and DevOps practices.
Frontend development experience.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Python and related technologies.
Develop and support backend services using Java and .NET.
Create, optimize, and maintain SQL databases, queries, and data models.
Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Ansible.
Implement and configure OpenTelemetry to enable end-to-end application observability.
Instrument applications to collect and analyze telemetry data, including logs, metrics, and traces.
Integrate monitoring and observability solutions with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.
Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of web applications hosted on IIS.
Ensure the availability, scalability, performance, and security of applications and services.
Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack.
Contribute to code quality, testing, version control, and deployment best practices.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering standards.
