Sharepoint Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on specialist who will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, migration and development of SharePoint environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administration and support of SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and SharePoint Subscription Edition
• Migration of legacy SharePoint sites and applications to modern SharePoint environments
• Monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of SharePoint farms
• Configuration and customization of SharePoint sites using built-in capabilities, CSS, HTML and JavaScript
• Troubleshooting and modernization of existing SharePoint Workflows, including migration to Power Automate
• Development of customized SharePoint solutions using .NET / C# and Power Apps
• Advanced troubleshooting, incident investigation and independent problem solving
• Cooperation with IT teams on complex technical issues and projects
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures and emergency procedures
• Preparing user guides and supporting user training

Requirements

• IT-related educational background or equivalent professional experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint platforms
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online
• Knowledge of SharePoint Subscription Edition
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 / 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019
• Understanding of networking principles, including networks, firewalls, proxy servers, protocols and addressing
• Practical experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, JSOM and REST
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and supporting frameworks such as React, Node.js or Angular
• Previous experience with Azure DevOps, including repositories, pipelines and pull requests
• Knowledge of SQL Server, SharePoint Workflows and PowerShell
• Experience with third-party SharePoint migration tools, e.g. ShareGate
• Knowledge of Power Automate and/or Power Apps will be an advantage
• Microsoft SharePoint-related certification will be an advantage
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, systematic and well-organized approach to work
• Ability to work independently as well as as part of an international team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
• Flexibility to work outside standard working hours when required
