Fullstack .NET + Angular

About the Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join a project where software development is strongly supported by AI coding agents and Agentic AI workflows.

This is not a traditional development role where you are expected to write every line of code from scratch. Instead, you will work with AI agents to build and improve backend and frontend solutions based on User Stories and business requirements.

Your role will focus on guiding AI agents, reviewing and improving AI-generated code, maintaining clean application architecture, and solving technical problems that require human engineering expertise.

AI Experience is Key

Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and Agentic AI workflows will be a key part of this role.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with tools such as:

• Claude Code
• OpenAI Codex
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor
• Other AI-powered coding agents and development tools

We are looking for someone who understands how to effectively work with AI as part of the software development process - from giving agents the right instructions and reviewing their output to identifying incorrect implementations and making the necessary corrections.

Your Responsibilities

• Guide AI coding agents in generating frontend and backend solutions based on User Stories and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain backend services using C# / .NET 8.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular.
• Review and validate AI-generated code across both frontend and backend.
• Ensure that the application follows clean, maintainable and scalable architectural principles.
• Identify and correct architectural and implementation issues introduced by AI-generated code.
• Perform code reviews focusing on quality, security, performance and scalability.
• Integrate the new application architecture with existing legacy systems and business logic through APIs.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server and Entity Framework to support data access and business logic.
• Investigate and resolve complex frontend, backend and database issues that AI agents are unable to solve.
• Debug edge cases and unexpected application behaviour.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate User Stories into working fullstack solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET 8.
• Practical experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
• Good understanding of layered / three-tier application architecture.
• Ability to review and improve AI-generated code.
• Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar solutions.
• Understanding of Agentic AI and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Good knowledge of Clean Code and software design principles.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating different systems.
• Experience working with legacy systems or legacy data will be an advantage.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• English at B2 level or higher.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on Fullstack Developer who is comfortable working with AI coding agents and can critically evaluate the code they produce.

You don't need to be an AI expert or software architect. What matters is a solid foundation in C#/.NET and Angular development combined with the ability to use AI development tools effectively.

You should be able to recognise when AI-generated code is incorrect, poorly designed, insecure or unsuitable for production - and know how to fix it.

AI generates the code - you guide it, review it, improve it and make sure the final solution actually works.
