Zakres obowiązków:

  • Wsparcie w codziennej administracji platformą Jira.

  • Prosta konfiguracja projektów: tworzenie nowych projektów, zarządzanie uprawnieniami, konfigurowanie tablic (Kanban/Scrum).

  • Analiza zgłoszeń biznesowych i przekładanie ich na zmiany w konfiguracji Jiry (np. dodawanie nowych pól, modyfikacja workflow).

  • Wsparcie użytkowników końcowych w rozwiązywaniu bieżących problemów i odpowiadanie na pytania dotyczące działania systemu.

  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji technicznej dotyczącej konfiguracji.

  • Współpraca ze starszymi administratorami przy bardziej złożonych zadaniach i projektach wdrożeniowych.

Wymagania:

  • Podstawowa znajomość ekosystemu Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) - np. z perspektywy zaawansowanego użytkownika lub stażu.

  • Zdolność analitycznego myślenia i umiejętność rozumienia potrzeb biznesowych.

  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i dbałość o szczegóły.

  • Chęć do nauki i rozwoju w obszarze administracji systemami IT.

  • Komunikatywność i pozytywne nastawienie do wspierania innych
