Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung des gerichtlichen Mahnverfahrens inkl. Antragstellung und Fristüberwachung

  • Vorbereitung und Einleitung von Klageverfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationskanzleien

  • Vollstreckungsmaßnahmen (z. B. Pfändungen, Gerichtsvollzieheraufträge, Kontenabrufe)

  • Bearbeitung von Widersprüchen und Einsprüchen

  • Fristenkontrolle und -überwachung

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Justizfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zivilprozessrecht und Mahnverfahren

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vollstreckungsorganen und Gerichten

  • Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
