Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Inkassofällen im vorgerichtlichen Stadium

  • Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Schuldnern, Mandanten und Dritten

  • Abschluss von Zahlungsvereinbarungen und Vergleichen

  • Vorbereitung von Zahlungsplänen sowie Prüfung von Einwänden

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gerichtlichen Forderungsteam bei Eskalationsfällen

Ihr Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement oder vergleichbar

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Forderungsmanagement oder Inkassowesen von Vorteil

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Inkassosoftware

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kundenorientierung

  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
