  • Weiterentwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung der Inkassosoftware Ikaros

  • Analyse von Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich und deren technische Umsetzung

  • Erstellung von Reports, Workflows und Schnittstellen zu internen und externen Systemen

  • Qualitätssicherung, Testing und Dokumentation

  • Technische Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten im Bereich Forderungsmanagement

  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit Ikaros

  • Kenntnisse in SQL, .NET, javascript, oder vergleichbaren Sprachen wünschenswert

  • Erfahrung mit Prozessmodellierung und Datenbankstrukturen

  • Analytisches Denken, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist

  • Erfahrung in der Inkassobranche oder im Forderungsmanagement
