Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Sales Professional to support end-to-end sales activities and contribute to revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone from a fintech/SaaS background who is hands-on with sales execution, lead management, and client interactions, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to drive pipeline development, manage prospects, and ensure smooth deal closures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation, qualification, and pitching to follow-ups and supporting closure.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc. ).
• Handle inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and convert them into business deals.
• Deliver product demos and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate pipeline, lead, and customer data.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and tech) to ensure seamless onboarding and client experience.
• Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience selling digital solutions, preferably in fintech/SaaS/payment products.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage CRM and gather and interpret customer data.
• Strong understanding of technology products, market research, and consumer behavior.
• A graduate degree. A master's degree in business would be an added benefit.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
