PMO Specialist – Telecom Projects

Key

Responsibilities: Responsible for project management within the organization-level PMO or for key delivery projects, and promote the application of digital and intelligent project management. Organization-level PMO: Plan and drive the achievement of business objectives for key project portfolios; identify and drive the resolution of issues and risks; intervene in project exceptions; and drive the implementation of project control actions. Key project PMO: Project business management, schedule management, cost management, inventory turnover management, communication management, project performance assessment and incentives, team management, and project operation support, etc. Support digitalized project management operations. Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering Management, or a related field. Able to use English as the daily working language. Familiar with the execution and operation models of international telecom engineering projects. Experienced in execution management of international communications engineering projects. PMP or other project management certifications are preferred. Strong ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication and coordination, planning, organizing, and management skills. Proactive and conscientious, with a high sense of responsibility and strong execution ability. Keen interest in overseas cultures.
