We’re looking for an Information Risk Management (IRM) Analyst to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support global information risk assurance engagements, assess compliance with IRM standards, identify information risks, and partner with stakeholders across all lines of defense to strengthen risk management practices.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform global information risk assurance assessments in accordance with company policies and standards, including Application Security, Third-Party Information Risk, and Disaster Recovery.
- Review evidence, prepare workpapers, and document assessment results, findings, and observations from assurance engagements.
- Partner with stakeholders across different lines of defense to perform risk assessments, identify control gaps, and monitor remediation activities.
- Prepare clear and well-structured documentation and presentations to communicate risks, findings, and recommendations.
- Support the development and enhancement of automation solutions for assurance execution and risk monitoring.
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of information risk assurance processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or project experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or project experience in IT risk management, information security, IT audit, compliance, or related fields.
- Foundational understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity, and information security concepts, including familiarity with frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
- Exposure to automation, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, or other technology-driven solutions.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP (preferred but not required).
- Strong interest in Information Risk Management, financial services, and continuous learning and professional development.
