Join Mastercard's Decision Management Program (DMP) team as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will focus on Quality Engineering, with responsibilities including designing and implementing automated test frameworks, developing and executing various tests, and collaborating with developers to resolve defects. You will also mentor junior engineers and participate in release validation and production readiness activities. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with automated testing frameworks, and a background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Missions

  • Conduire la qualité grâce à des pratiques axées sur l'automatisation et contribuer à la conception, au développement et à la livraison de services backend évolutifs.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des cadres de test automatisés et des suites de tests réutilisables, et développer et exécuter des tests fonctionnels, d'intégration, d'API, de régression, de bout en bout et de performance.
  • Collaborer avec les développeurs pour identifier, dépanner et résoudre les défauts, et intégrer les tests automatisés dans les pipelines CI/CD.

Profil recherché

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps

- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages

- Experience developing applications and services using Spring Boot and API-driven architectures

- Experience testing REST APIs and microservices

- Strong software engineering experience with Java and modern application development practices

- Experience using source control systems such as Git

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, RestAssured, JUnit/TestNG and Cucumber/JBehave/Karate

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern observability platforms

- Knowledge of secure coding practices and software quality metrics

- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing quality standards across teams

- Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical platforms within regulated environments

- Experience with security and compliance testing
