1. High-speed SerDes system (200Gbps+) technology development, including electrical and optical interconnect.

2. Define Serdes system specifications, find proper architecture with the design team (Analog, Digital, Algorithm), and build models for evaluation when necessary.

3. SerDes key technology evaluation and development (e.g., Next Gen SerDes like 400G, optical nonlinearity compensation, CPO technology).

4. Issues analysis and finding root cause during SerDes IP verification.
