Lead end-to-end SoC program execution from pre-silicon development to post-silicon validation, mass production, and customer deployment, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage milestones, dependencies, and risks, and drive technical issue triage, root-cause analysis, and issue convergence to closure.

Own customer engineering engagement, including customer communication, technical escalations, product integration, and launch readiness; act as the bridge between internal teams and customer teams to align requirements, schedules, and deliverables.

Manage customization management across branches/flavors/configurations (e.g., customer-specific builds, feature enablement, and integration windows), ensuring controlled scope, traceability, and minimal impact to mainline MP.
