We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Program Manager with a solid background in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS). This role requires both deep technical understanding and strong program management capabilities to align engineering teams, manage customer expectations, and drive programs from development through customer qualification.

- Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for wireless chipset programs, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, customer requirements, and milestone schedules.

2. Identify, track, and mitigate program risks; own gate review processes and escalation paths to management and stakeholders.

3. Provide clear, data-driven status reporting to executives and stakeholders; maintain program dashboards and issue tracking

4. Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams and global locations.

5. Establish and continuously improve program management processes aligned with industry standards and best practices.

6. Serve as the primary interface between internal engineering teams and external customers/partners; translate technical requirements into actionable program plans.
