Client Acquisition/Sales Manager (AdTech, Media Option)

We are looking for an ambitious Client Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for establishing relationships with new clients, building relationships with key clients, and promoting and selling all of the company's products to increase the customer base.

What You'll Do:

• Pursue new clients to achieve the company's sales targets

• Expand new prospects and business opportunities for the company and maintain business relationships with potential and existing clients

• Responsible for all sales activities, including reply/response emails, maintaining accurate records of pricing, invoices, etc.

• Manage and support clients’ requirements, contracts, etc.

• Ensure the fulfillment of clients’ requirements and commitments based on the assigned market

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

• Provide detailed and accurate sales reports to support business objectives

• Support the Team Lead in team coordination, assigning opportunities, and overall hygiene and best practice implementation of sales

• Understand client business needs and analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, processes, and existing infrastructure

• Develop and maintain an accurate, high-quality pipeline that is aligned to our company’s sales process

• Understand the prospect and client decision-making process

Requirements

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales, an advertising agency, or the digital media field would be an advantage

• Have excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Have good communication and 'people skills'

• Have determination and the drive to work towards targets

• Computer literacy is a must (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Will be a plus:

• Good statistics and analytics skills

• Digital media agency experience

• Knowledge of online media (Google, Facebook, IG, Twitter, Content Marketing, TikTok, Line)

Languages proficiency:

• Fluent in Thai and at least intermediate English proficiency
