With a vision to "Build and sell Microsoft AI, Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," SME&C Channel Partner Sales (CPS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions-at scale. The Global Channel Partner Sales team delivers SME&C growth and market share across AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security within GPS by capturing total addressable market (TAM) and accelerating cloud growth at scale through our top Channel Sales partner. Our approach is grounded in Cloud Solution Provider acceleration, co-sell precision, and performance accountability-executed consistently across all solution areas and every stage of the MCEM Win Formula. We are committed to delivering on our segment and revenue accountabilities by aligning execution with measurable impact, fostering partner transformation, and enabling scalable, outcome-driven growth.

As a Partner Solution Architect for AI Business Process, you will be the deep technical expert that helps our Channel partners build, validate and scale AI-powered business solutions on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will shape each partner's technical strategy, guide them from architecture design through proof of concept to activation-ready offerings, and secure the first customer wins that prove those offerings in market. This opportunity will allow you to work at the forefront of agentic AI for business processes, develop deep partner and business acumen across the EMEA channel, and grow your technical leadership by influencing partner CXOs and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

As a Partner Solution Architect (PSA), you will serve as the deep technical SME to partners' technical teams and own the partner's technical strategy plan for AI Business Process. Your responsibilities include:

• Guide Solution Development & Activation

Guide partners in turning successful architectures, proofs of concept and customer implementations into repeatable solution offerings, technical patternsand scalable delivery assets.Lead the development and activation of new or enhanced partner offerings across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio that align with Microsoft Cloud priorities, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, secureand tailored to evolving customer needs.

• Empower Innovation

Run technical innovation workshops, tech briefingsand envisioning sessions to build technical intensity across partner teams. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to accelerate adoption of emerging technologies such as agents in business processes.

• Lead Agentic Business Process Transformation

Help partners identify, architect and build AI-powered and agentic business process solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio, translating customer business processes into secure, scalableand repeatable solution patterns.

• Strategic Sales Enablement

Activate transformational deals by providingarchitectural guidance, resolving technical blockersand enhancing solution design, directly contributing to workload consumption and revenue impact.Partner with sales and partner teams on strategic opportunities, providing architecture leadership, removing technical blockersand guiding solution validation to accelerate customer decisions, deploymentand consumption.

• Champion Technical Excellence

Guide partners through architecture design sessions, proofs of concept and MVP builds, ensuring solutions follow Microsoft's Cloud and AI best practices and are optimizedfor performance, scalabilityand security.

• Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Build long-term engagements with strategic partners, influencing their adoption of Microsoft technologies and developing deep technical relationships with partner CXOs.

• Partner Enablement & Business Acumen

Coach broader partner technical teamsso pre-sales, deployment and consumption are embedded in solution development, andhelp partners meet specialization requirements and translate technical concepts into business value.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Extensive experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support,ERP systems architecture, and/or consulting

Additionalor Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to channel partner ecosystem in South EastEurope - Israel, Greece, Turkeyetc.

• Proven experience in solution architecture and partner enablement on Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center) and Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical innovation workshops, architecture reviews and build-to-consume engagements with partners, and confidence presenting to technical and executive audiences.

• Technical certification in Dynamics 365, Power Platform or Azure.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Greece is € 68,000.00 - € 144,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
