Senior Cloud Solution Architect - Copilot

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in AI solutions, who is passionate about driving our customers' AI transformation journey with Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. This is a senior, customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert to executive and technical decision makers, accelerating AI adoption and change management by creating business value and ROI. As a senior member of the team you will own the most complex and strategically significant customer engagements in Europe North, set the technical direction across multiple accounts, and raise the capability of the wider architect community through mentoring, coaching, and reusable intellectual property.

Part of this portfolio covers customers in the public sector, defence, and critical infrastructure. For that reason the position additionally requires personal security clearance. This opportunity will allow you to work on Europe North's most demanding AI transformation programs, deepen your architectural and business value expertise, and grow as a technical leader and mentor. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer success. Lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, securing long-term customer success and renewal in the most complex accounts of the subsidiary.

  Leverage agentic AI. Use Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale, and define reference architectures and delivery patterns that other architects reuse.

  Lead technically across the account team. Orchestrate virtual teams of specialists, resolve escalated technical blockers, and take architectural accountability for engagements carrying significant business, security, or regulatory risk, including work performed under national security clearance.

  Explore growth opportunities. Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that drive expansion and business value realization.

  Grow the community. Mentor and coach less experienced architects, lead readiness and skilling sessions, contribute to intellectual property creation, and prioritize intellectual property re-use to accelerate the AI transformation journey of your customers.

  Embrace a growth mindset and stay a learn-it-all. Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution, and maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit priorities and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

  • OR equivalent experience

  • English language professional fluency
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, internal and/or external, including proven experience advising senior and executive stakeholders.

  • Experience working on technical projects, with a track record of leading complex, multi-workload architectures end to end and mentoring other architects or engineers.

  • Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Cowork and agent development, for example Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, Microsoft Graph connectors, and Azure AI services.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Belgium is € 93,000.00 - € 181,200.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
