Responsabilidades

  • Diseño para canales CRM: Crear piezas visuales atractivas y optimizadas para Email Marketing, Push Notifications, In-App Messages y Content Cards, asegurando consistencia de marca.

  • Producción de alto volumen y ritmo comercial: Diseñar bajo calendarios diarios exigentes (retail media, ofertas comerciales, banners con SKUs dinámicos) manteniendo velocidad y precisión.

  • Colaboración fluida con HTML Design: Entregar assets perfectamente estructurados en Figma para maquetación rápida, iterando cambios en tiempo real sin fricciones de entrega.

  • Evolución visual y A/B Testing: Producir variantes gráficas orientadas a performance y adaptar el look & feel según el tipo de comunicación (comercial, transaccional, lifecycle).

Requisitos

  • Estudiantes avanzados o graduados en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual o carreras afines.

  • Inglés intermedio.

  • 1 a 2 años en diseño digital para CRM, e-commerce, performance o agencias con ritmo ágil.

  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de diseño (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Capacidad de producción ágil, atención al detalle bajo presión y mentalidad orientada a la resolución rápida.

  • Experiencia previa diseñando para plataformas de Marketing Automation (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, Klaviyo). Deseable, no excluyente.

  • Es un plus si tiene conocimiento de design systems o librerías de componentes gráficos.

  • Mentalidad emprendedora, resiliencia y orientación a la acción para desenvolverte en un entorno dinámico y multicultural, animándote a salir de tu zona de confort.
