Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, modules, and applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices.
  • Perform rigorous testing and quality checks before deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, database).
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and system design.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements.
  • Take ownership and lead by example with hands-on development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in Java and Go (Golang).
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Experience in building scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with REST API design and development.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work across system layers (backend, database, and APIs).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience in FinTech or product-based companies.
