What You'll Do:
- Own the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and welcoming new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to nail down exact role requirements and expectations.
- Provide a stellar candidate experience while building a robust talent pipeline.
- Get creative on social media and hiring platforms to source diverse and qualified applicant pools.
- Keep the recruitment process organized, legally compliant, and aligned with company values.
- Use your bilingual skills daily to communicate effortlessly with candidates and team members.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written communication.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably bilingual recruitment experience.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a professional attitude.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
