NeerInfo Solutions is seeking a DevOps Architect to design and modernize scalable CI/CD architectures and support enterprise DevSecOps adoption. The role focuses on DevSecOps governance, cloud-native delivery, and enabling teams with modern pipeline tools and practices.
Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in DevSecOps consulting including tools, processes & ability to design scalable CI/CD architectures, migrating from legacy DevSecOps tools to modernized Devsecops tools(Jenkins, UDeploy, Harness, Bamboo etc..,)
- Implementing DevSecOps governance, and enabling teams in enterprise environments
Skills
- Hands on experience in DevSecOps consulting including tools, processes & ability to design scalable CI/CD architectures, migrating from legacy DevSecOps tools to modernized Devsecops tools(Jenkins, UDeploy, Harness, Bamboo etc..,)
- Implementing DevSecOps governance, and enabling teams in enterprise environments
- Proven experience in end to end CI/CD delivery, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, OPA based policies and AI driven pipeline automation
- Prior experience in large scale CI/CD modernization or migration projects (e.g., Jenkins to Harness, Bamboo to Harness)
- Exposure to enterprise AppSec workflows and integrating scanners via STO
- Experience implementing Chaos Engineering practices
- Good understanding of FinOps / cloud cost governance using CCM
- Experience in pre sales, solutioning, customer workshops, and technical proposal creation
- Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Harness certifications
- Strong architectural thinking and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
