About The Opportunity

At Netrix Global we are looking for Deployment Engineer II is responsible for planning, coordinating, configuring, deploying, and supporting technology solutions across customer and internal environments. This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Support teams to ensure successful implementation of hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions. The Deployment Engineer leverages deployment methodologies, troubleshooting expertise, and process discipline to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient deployments while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Execute deployment, installation, configuration, and upgrade activities for hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions.
• Validate deployment readiness and ensure all technical prerequisites and requirements are met prior to implementation.
• Perform deployment testing, verification, and post-deployment validation activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment-related technical issues to minimize disruptions and ensure operational continuity.
• Support technology rollouts, migrations, system upgrades, refresh initiatives, and operational projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Security, Project Management, and Support teams throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Maintain deployment documentation, configuration records, implementation procedures, and knowledge base content.
• Adhere to organizational security, compliance, change management, and quality assurance standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on deployment efficiency, automation, and operational excellence.
• Lead deployment execution for moderately complex technology implementation projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate deployment activities across multiple technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support resolution of complex deployment-related issues.
• Recommend process improvements, deployment standards, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced engineers and deployment team members.
• Support project planning activities by providing deployment expertise, implementation requirements, and risk considerations.

What You Will Bring To The Table

• 3 to 5 years of experience in deployment engineering, implementation services, infrastructure support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• Proven experience deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise technology solutions across multiple environments.
• Experience leading deployment activities for system rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure implementation projects.
• Demonstrated success troubleshooting complex deployment, infrastructure, and connectivity issues through resolution.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver technology implementations on time and within scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred.
• Specialized training or advanced coursework in infrastructure technologies, networking, cloud computing, systems administration, or automation preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
• CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, VMware, or equivalent technical certification preferred.
• Advanced infrastructure or cloud certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of technology deployment and implementation processes.
• Understanding of enterprise technology environments, systems, and infrastructure.
• Experience supporting technology deployments, upgrades, and implementation projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment activities.
• Familiarity with deployment tools, automation technologies, and operational best practices.
• Understanding of cloud, security, and infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to assess risks, identify issues, and support effective implementation outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily works in an office, hybrid, or remote environment using computer and cloud-based technologies.
• Requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation.
• May be required to provide support outside of normal business hours, including participation in an on-call rotation, to address critical system issues or maintenance activities.
• Works in a fast-paced technology environment managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Regular interaction and collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, training, conferences, or business needs.
