Finance Manager

• Manage and maintain product and job costing models across the manufacturing operation.
• Perform detailed job costing analysis to ensure project and production profitability.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Analyse cost variances and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present monthly costing and management reports.
• Support inventory valuation and stock control processes.
• Ensure accurate allocation of direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
• Partner with production, procurement, and operational teams to improve cost visibility and control.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements in costing processes, systems, and controls.

• National Diploma in Cost & Management Accounting, Finance, Accounting, or a related qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Cost Accountant within a manufacturing environment.
• Essential experience within an equipment, engineering, industrial, or heavy manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with job costing and manufacturing costing principles.
• Proven ability to analyse large volumes of operational and financial data.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence operational stakeholders and drive business improvements.
• Strong attention to detail with a commercially focused mindset.
