SUMMARY:
The Data Analyst will work across Technical, Product, and Sales teams to provide accurate reporting and business insights on platform performance, product utilisation, customer inquiries, and market trends. The role supports data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and sales growth.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyse data and produce reports to support business decisions. Identify trends and provide actionable insights. Dashboard & Automation Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel. Automate reporting and track key KPIs. Operational Analytics Analyse support data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. Recommend enhancements to processes, training, and documentation. Product & Compliance Support Monitor technical documentation, test reports, and compliance records. Track document validity and highlight gaps or risks. Market Intelligence & Sales Support Analyse market, customer, and content data to identify opportunities. Provide lead intelligence, sales insights, and growth recommendations. Job Experience and skill required Relevant degree in Data or Information Technology At least 2 years experience in services data or reporting experience Experience in PowerBI or similar BI Platforms Data modelling and dashboard development Proficiency in creating data visualisations and reporting to communicate insights effectively Apply now!
