Reporting & Analytics Manager

Duties & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance the reporting and analytics capability across the business.
• Deliver meaningful insights that support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and executives to drive a data-driven culture.
• Develop and implement reporting frameworks, KPI governance, and best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Drive innovation through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements: Postgraduate qualification in:

• Actuarial Science
• Statistics
• Mathematics
• Computer Science
• Data Science
• Or a related quantitative discipline

Proven experience:

• Leading reporting or analytics teams
• Working with senior stakeholders and executives
• Developing reporting frameworks and business insights
• Advanced analytics and machine learning
• Managing projects and team performance

Technical Skills:

• Python
• SQL
• Power BI
• Data Visualisation
• Advanced Analytics
• KPI Reporting & Governance
• Machine Learning (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, Pandas, etc.)
• Data Quality and Stewardship Frameworks
