Sustainable Product Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager - Sustainable Product Compliance to lead sustainability and regulatory compliance projects, ensuring Nexperia meets evolving customer, industry, and ESG requirements.
What You Will Do
- Monitor sustainability regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
- Lead compliance projects related to PPWR, ESPR, Digital Product Passport (DPP), and other sustainability initiatives.
- Translate regulatory requirements into business processes and implementation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines and risks.
- Represent Nexperia in industry working groups and sustainability initiatives.
- Support customer requests related to sustainability and product compliance.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, product compliance, or regulatory project management.
- Knowledge of circular economy, PPWR, ESPR, DPP, and related sustainability regulations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
